What is our Infinite HIIT Class?
The Infinite HIIT class is a high-intensity workout designed to promote cardiovascular improvement. An intense experience that relies mainly on body weight movements. Weight if ever used are light and optional. This is where you get your TRX on! We start with a dynamic 10-15 minute warm up in a 15-20 minute HIIT programmed workout followed by an 8-12 minute cooldown.
