What Is CrossFit Longevity

Our Longevity program brings functional fitness to a community in need. Our program is designed to foster independence for basic life functions. From getting up off of the ground to being able to pick up grandkids, we focus on moving safely, increasing mobility and becoming stronger.


Who is CrossFit Longevity for

We offer daytime classes for individuals approaching 50 and over.  The focus on this program is functional fitness in a fun, social environment.  We designed this program to assist with basic life functions.  From getting off the ground to picking up groceries, we focus on safe movement, increasing mobility, and building strength.

Its About Feeling Good

Our Longevity program is for those over 50 who are looking to feel their best again. We use a combination of various weightlifting and mobility exercises to alleviate any pain you are experiencing and get you feeling better then you have ever before.

Many people play the victim to there age and underestimate what they are capable of doing. Our longevity program is tailored to each individuals strengths and weaknesses and carefully crafted to make you a better with each session.

Guidance Every Step Of The Way

Our trainers understand it may seem intimidating coming to a CrossFit gym for the first time especially if you are not familiar with exercise best practices.  At Infinite Fitness And Health, we have certified trainers walking you through every step of the process.

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”
