What is Combat Conditioning?
Combat Conditioning class is a class that delivers a high level of conditioning through metabolic movements that include kickboxing, bag striking, dumbells, kettlebells, body movements ( no barbells). It’s a high-intensity program, using low to medium weight to dramatically improve metabolic conditioning.
Why Combat Conditioning?
The class begins with a dynamic warm-up to get the body prepared for the days workload. A detailed workout description follows when the coaches explain and teach each movement, technique and safety are well demonstrated in this phase as well as personal scaling. Our coaches are proficient in human movement, anatomy and injury prevention. This is a harder type workout that will challenge the beginner as well as the advanced athlete.
